I was a bit disappointed with the slow service at the beginning of our arrival, no one helped us to unload our suitcases and bags, I even almost pushed the trolley to the room myself 😔 because no hotel staff came to help, even the receptionist seemed to not see this condition even though I had just checked in and at that time the hotel lobby was still empty of guests. Another thing that was lacking in the bathroom area, there was no exhaust fan so it smelled every time we finished defecating. This hotel is strategically located, the food is delicious and the staff at the nuance restaurant are friendly, alert and very helpful. The condition of the room was comfortable even though the cupboard door under the TV almost came off, and the bathroom door was quite painful to the sound when opened a bit wide

The toilet didn't have running water so I had problems cleaning up, but I already told the receptionist when I checked out.

The staff are all friendly and kind, from the security guards, the kind and clear front desk, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff. It feels welcoming. Comfortable. The AC is good. The swimming pool is okay. There are rabbits for the kids. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi suddenly went off at night and it still hasn't turned on until the next day of check-out. The bathroom and sink drains need to be cleaned because the water takes a while to recede. The dressing table in front of the elevator is a bit dusty. Otherwise, it's okay. Recommended to stay here.

In my opinion, the bed sheets of a Novotel class room are not very clean, there are hairs from whoever it is, and the sheets have spots and are dull in color. It's a shame it would be cleaner to stay at the Ibis Style Simatupang which should have a different star rating. When I sleep in a hotel, I always concentrate on the bed sheets because that's what makes us sleep comfortably. That's my input, thank you.
