Staff weren't accommodating and friendly as they should. They exhibit indifference during our stay. The lobby, which also serves as the dining area feels damp and humid. Their tables that were made of wood is moist due to the high humidity. The only good thing in this area is the availability of coffee 24 hours a day. They also have some tea on the side. Water is available hot and cold. Hotel is quite new. They started operations in 2017 so it's clean, air-conditioning is working good. They have an area at the back of the hotel to hang your washed clothes but they don't mention it upon check-in. We have to discover it on our own and asked them if we can use it. Only MasterCard is accepted but be prepared to be charged additional 3.5% on top of the cost.
