Staff weren't accommodating and friendly as they should. They exhibit indifference during our stay. The lobby, which also serves as the dining area feels damp and humid. Their tables that were made of wood is moist due to the high humidity. The only good thing in this area is the availability of coffee 24 hours a day. They also have some tea on the side. Water is available hot and cold. Hotel is quite new. They started operations in 2017 so it's clean, air-conditioning is working good. They have an area at the back of the hotel to hang your washed clothes but they don't mention it upon check-in. We have to discover it on our own and asked them if we can use it. Only MasterCard is accepted but be prepared to be charged additional 3.5% on top of the cost.

I had perfect stay. Staff are very accommodating. They extended my stay without additional fee due to bad weather and flight cancellation. Rooms are very neat. Peaceful and great ambience. Overall, satisfied guest. :)

I had the most pleasant stay here. All the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They arranged the tours and airport transfers for us. The food they served are the best. Plus, the ambiance is great, it's really relaxing. They made sure that we will have a wonderful experience in Coron and yes, we had! Such an amazing place to stay. I might say, Acacia Garden Inn is a place to beat! I would highly recommend this Inn to my friends when they visit Coron. Thank you Acacia Garden Inn Team! You're doing a really great job 💕
