Kuta Cube used to be called Bali Caps, so if you can't find it on Google Maps or the app for ordering online taxis, try searching for that alternative name. It's located in the city center, very busy on the main road. Next door is a money changer, minimarket, and mall. Across the street is a Nasi Padang restaurant, so finding halal food is easy.
According to the staff, they're currently rebranding with a new name and new management. So, if you read bad reviews on Google, you can just ignore them. In my opinion, everything is good, comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. You can ask them anything. You can ask the staff for blankets and towels for an extra fee, but they're cheap, only 10,000 Rupiah. It's still worth it, as the price is relatively cheap compared to other hostels with similar facilities. The bathroom only has soap; bring your own.
If I may make a suggestion, please add a clothes hanger and a few wall shelves for storing your belongings in the bathroom. A doormat could also be placed at each bathroom door.
