the staff is friendly and the room is clean, the shower water can be set to warm. it's just that there are no amenities provided so you have to bring your own, so it's recommended for those who will stay to bring complete equipment. the place is near the mosque and easy to reach on foot

The place is not very clean (there are still lots of cigarette butts, the bathroom smells of urine, the drain is clogged), there are no toiletries, the TV remote is incomplete, the AC freon is empty (luckily the weather in Batu is cold), the sound of the balcony roof is too noisy when it is windy.

The room was dirty, really dirty. Even if you have to ask for a toothbrush, it's not provided in the room. The AC only blows, the mattress is scratchy and really dirty. Not recommended.

The location of the hostel is good, but the service is not satisfactory, exe. Hot water cannot always live, there is no glass in the room even though it is a backpacker room, toilet equipment is incomplete (only shampoo).
