Everything was great, but there was just one downside: the water in my room's sink was off. Other than that, everything was fine. Hopefully, the next time I go there, the water in the sink will be on.

The location is strategic. Breakfast is always available, and there's also bread and hot water (coffee and tea) in the evening. The price is affordable.

Room 202, the hot shower didn't work. When the power went out, the generator wouldn't automatically turn on. The AC was pretty cool for the price. The staff was friendly.

breakfast was okay. room cleanliness wasnt the best but it suits the price perfectly. location is really strategic, close to the beach and a lot of convenient store nearby. pharmacy just beside the hotel. they don't have elevator so if you get placed on the 3rd floor, be prepared to carry your luggage all the way.

All the staff are friendly, and food and drinks like coffee and pastries are available 24/7. Clean rooms, good service, and a varied breakfast. Highly recommended for a hotel in Bau-Bau City.

The cs service is very good and friendly, for floors 306 and 307 the air conditioner is not cold enough to have to wait a bit longer, the shower water is small, but still able to take a shower. Near the seafront, walk 5 minutes. For good food, ask for a room change directly, so the service is steady. All cs are very good, not disappointed so will come back again once every 3 months, thank you.

Clean and very friendly service. This is the second time I use services at this place. The hotel atmosphere is quite calm, so it & amp; # 39; s comfortable when resting. Suggestions, for towels and bed linen you should start replacing them because they look dirty. So far, for a price that is quite affordable but with these existing facilities this hotel should be recommended.
