Okay for the price

Hotel right in the Western Quarter, very convenient to move around, room is a bit small

Room not clean, poor service...

Vào phòng mình bị giật mình vì toàn mùi thuốc tẩy, mình kiểm tra ga giường thì loang lổ, trông không được sạch. Sau đó mình có yêu cầu lên thay giúp mình nhưng vẫn trông rất tệ. Wifi không thể dùng được, hoặc có thể dùng được nhưng không đáng kể. Duy nhất là được cái gần biển thôi ạ =)))) When I entered the room, I was startled by the smell of bleach. Enak dekat kemana mana-mana dan malamnya banyak tempat kuliner buka.

Phòng không quá sạch. Khăn, ga giường, v.v... không trắng mà ngã màu hơi đen. Mùi nước hoa trong phòng hơi khó chịu. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.

Clean room, new furniture, gentle and polite receptionist

The room is small but neatly arranged. The room is cleaned every day so it is quite clean although the interior seems old (especially the faucets in the restroom). Refrigerator doesn't seem to work and is not cool. In addition, the fact that I have to drain the water for 10 minutes to be able to have warm (not hot) water for bathing makes me not very satisfied, a lot of water.

The wifi is very weak. The TV is not connected to the network. The service is not attentive 4 but only 2 utensils

Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, mình đặt nhầm ngày nhưng vẫn được hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng đúng ngày hôm đó.

Bed sheets, pillows, blankets are a bit old, lots of stains, should change or choose a darker color. This is just a suggestion, the rest of things like staff attitude, space and facilities still give the hotel 9 points. Just fix the above problem and it will be ok!
