Everything was okay, but the morning shift front desk staff provided terrible service. They spoke rudely and put on airs. It was because of a misunderstanding that I had lost my keycard and would not return the deposit, even though I had already told them I hadn't lost it. They argued with a tone of voice and expression that was very unpleasant. In the end, I found out that they had misunderstood. It wasn't my room that had lost the keycard, but another room. They apologized unwillingly and didn't really feel guilty. If you provide service like this, don't come to work. It makes customers who come to stay feel bad.
