The staff is friendly and responsive. They provided new sheets and blankets. The unit is quite spacious and clean. The equipment and furniture aren't very modern, but they're still comfortable.

I've booked here twice, first in tower G and now in tower C. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the AC isn't cold enough. It's a great place to bring the kids for a swim while on a staycation. The location is also close to home.

The unit is okay, enough for 4 people. The cleanliness is okay, but there are small insects in the closet. There is a stove, dispenser, Wi-Fi, water heater, no hairdryer, no iron. The facilities are okay, close to the mall, close to the laundry, close to the food center, and a small pool. The staff is okay, check-in is easy, and the 200,000 IDR deposit is refunded upon check-out.

It's really nice to get a 2BR for a cheap price. My staycation was just to take the kids swimming; making them happy doesn't have to be expensive. The staff is also very friendly and hassle-free. I think I'll stay here again next time while waiting for my husband to arrive. 😁

The atmosphere and condition of the room are clean and neatly arranged, accompanied by adequate room properties.

Check-in was pleasant, the staff contacted us via WhatsApp first, and they were friendly and escorted us to our room. A 200k deposit is required, but don't worry, it will be returned upon check-out. The room and toilet are clean, the AC, TV, WiFi, and hot water are all working. It's okay for that price.
