I was planning to stay just one night but extended to 3 nights. At the first night, the room that was assigned was very big, but the hot water was not working. Complained to the front desk and they immediately assigned new room that wasn't too big, but it had a working hot water and everything was just right. The staff was very helpful, they even helped to solve my problem, when I forgot one of my belongings in the room. Very swift response of the front desk, worthy of 4 thumbs up! The hotel location is foodie heaven, hawker stall was right in front of hotel, ATM was very near located inside a convenience store. Recommended hotel, would stay here again if I had another business around Sunter area.

It's really unreasonable, a hotel like this costs 300 thousand per night. Honestly, I was hesitant at first to book a room here when I saw the photo of the room that looked like an old house, but when I arrived... I was immediately greeted warmly by the security guard, the receptionist was friendly and provided very clear information, the atmosphere was very calm. The room and bathroom had a neutral aroma, were very clean, the lights were not too bright, suitable for those who want to rest well. The water heater works well, what I like most is the scent of the shower gel. Next time I will come back here♥
