If you like a hotel that feels like you are not in the city, then I highly recommend this hotel for you. The location is very quiet but still pretty accessible within the city. The amenities are really nice and well-designed. They have an in-house restaurant/bar, spa, gym, and pool, which is really good. The rooms are clean, spacious, and super comfy. The staff were very enthusiastic, the rooms were clean, and there was a free tuk-tuk shuttle to BTS Ari. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nice place but the service sucks. The room was marked clean but not cleaned, on the 2nd day suddenly there was an announcement that the electricity would be turned off due to maintenance from 10.00-16.00 even though many other rooms were empty why were we given something to maintain on the day we stayed? If we don't protest, we don't change the room. When checking out they accused us of taking a hairdryer bag and wanted to charge us 300 baht. After protesting and telling them to dismantle their room, they didn't want to, finally they were forced to do it while pointing at us. When we got to the room, it turned out that the bag dryer was in a drawer near the safe. Even though I told you when I checked in, the hairdryer was already outside without a dryer bag. The janitor is in the wrong and messy but insists on blaming us. Lastly, I can only apologize after sticking around and pointing at something cheap. Not polite at all. It felt right that it was the girls at the reception.
