The location is close to the city center and culinary scene. The apartment is comfortable and the staff is friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly, our bags were safe until 8 PM because we hadn't checked in to the room yet.

There was no television broadcast, the electricity was off from 3:00 AM until check out...

Ask for room number 250 on the 2nd floor and you will not be disappointed like other customers because the water heater and AC work well, the toilet is not clogged, and the room is quite clean. Don't forget to ask for new sheets and pillowcases before you arrive at Easton Park. I highly recommend bringing your own towels and toiletries so you can be more comfortable. Btw wifi is not available and the TV can only broadcast local channels. With a price of around 170,000 per night, these things are quite fair to me.

dirty room, smelly, clogged bathroom. Not worth the price of 1.6 million like Presidential Suites, but the facilities are shabby. Very not recommended

no blankets provided, no wifi as stated in the application, what's worse is that no toothbrushes or soap are provided, usually when you chat with the staff they say they are not provided.

The owner of HN is quite friendly and helpful, but for the room, it was quite surprising, there were a lot of molds which are very dangerous for the health of guests, the bathroom was also dirty and there were animals. No proper towels were provided, the mattress and spring bed were fragrant but had holes, the room was quite dim because at night only 2 lights were on, I found something that looked like water stains or blood? because it could be scraped and looked like blood. There were no lights on the balcony, the water heater was not on, and the floor was dirty.

The hotel is nice, the facilities are okay, the price is relative. It's just a shame that when I was sleeping at 2 am the electricity token ran out so it was dark and hot to sleep. Moving to the 20th floor, the electricity ran out and I often snapped. The staff are friendly, the food in the canteen is cheap, there is a swimming pool, play area, and fitness is really good.

For a short stopover, it's quite okay, especially with the kitchen set facilities.. tq..

The sheets weren't changed, the cleanliness was so lacking that there were loads of cockroaches (I complained but only got a read response), the agent was unresponsive.

The shower was broken and the door to the balcony had no curtains, so it was glare in the afternoon.

The room didn't have soap, the AC was hot and the cleanliness of the bed was worrying about lots of stains behind the sheets.
