Comfortable and clean even though the building is an old model

everything is very good, the place is safe, clean and environmentally friendly

The room is ok, easy check-in and check-out, the breakfast is good, I just brought a towel, maybe the white one was taken by the person cleaning the room, so it was lost and I didn't return it, but overall I was satisfied.

Lumayan. Kamar luas. Kamar bersih, tapi springbed dan selimut kotor, masih ada bekas noda dan saya yakin noda it kalau dicuci bisa hilang alias selimut dan spreinya maaf seperti tidak dicuci. WC bersih. Waktu itu saya pilihan sarapannya cuma bubur tanpa kuah dan nasi goreng sosis, tapi ada 2 jenis buah potong dan 2 jenis kue seperti donat dan satunya ga tau apa namanya. Minuman teh dan kopi, yah lumayanlah. Pusat kota, ke klenteng tua bisa jalan kaki karena dekat. Ke taman burung bisa jalan kaki karena dekat. Parkiran luas. Tinggi anak tangga pas, tidak bikin capek.

Overall okay. It seems that this hotel is always crowded with visitors compared to many equivalent hotels in Singkawang. Here the breakfast menu seems to have two or 3 kinds. But because I'm vegetarian, I can't eat the heavy menu available here. So req for white rice for 3 days, it's fulfilled. Thanks. In addition to the heavy food menu, cakes and fruit are still available. Service is okay too. Thank you.

It's nice to see the hotel is there trying to support the prokes application in the midst of a pandemic. Service is also okay. What still needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the inventory in the room such as cupboards, nightstands, beds and others. Maybe I'm the type of person who pays more attention to cleanliness, especially during a pandemic like this, so every time I enter a hotel room anywhere, I always clean and wipe everything in the room with disinfectant first. The result is very few hotel rooms that are really clean. Ha ha ha. Hotel Sentosa is already clean but it can still be improved to be even better. For the photo shown, I'm sorry that I only took this picture because I didn't feel very comfortable with the "bed cover" with a blanket covered with fabric without any seams on all four sides, so the fabric can't function as a bed cover, only a base cloth blanket, as a result, it's really messy when you sleep so it's not comfortable. Overall okay, thank you very much for being our stopover. Hopefully it can be a quality hotel and can always exist to be better.
