Absolutely don't stay at this hotel. It feels like sleeping in my grandmother's pigsty in the 1960s.

Puri Yasmin was horrible:- no hot water (optional)- shower did not function. Need to take a bath using a tub.- toilet spray doesn't work.- no soap.- bathroom smells of urine.- dirty mattress with lots of sand and not changed from the previous day.- no gordon and light coming in through the window so the room is bright.- no in room coffee, tea or tissues.

Every time I go home, I always stay at this hotel. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and cool. And it's close to everywhere.

Ruang tengah Hotel gelap, menu makanan di cave kurang tersedia didaftar menu, Sarapan Pagi/Sahur di jatah piring dan sangat tidak sesuai dengan harga kamar Deluxe. Kelengkapan kamar kurang di perhatikan.

Ruangannya tanpa jendela dan sirkulasi udara kurang.

Hotel nuansa etnik yang terletak di tengah keramaian kota. Nyaman dan dekat dengan pusat kegiatan di Lapangan pancasila dan kantor walikota. Beberapa kekurangan seperti lahan parkir dan pemanas air tidak ada. Namun tetap nyaman dan direkomendasikan untuk traveler backpacker.

Sangat mengecewakan! Saya melakukan pemesanan akomodasi di Hotel bm residence palopo via traveloka. Sudah melakukan pembayaran via transfer. Bukti pembayaran sudah dikirim melalui email. Tapi pada saat akan check-in akomodasi tidak tersedia/fully booked. Tanpa ada refund atau ganti rugi apapun.

The breakfast is good, but the variety is lacking… the hotel view is cool. AC Room is not cold.
