Good, not disappointing. Cheap price but not cheap

Affordable prices. The place is clean.

The staff is very professional and friendly, the view of Lake Toba from the hotel is very beautiful, enough to provide impressive memories.

Rooms are not clear on which ones have ac and which ones have hot water. Need to update the rooms to better describe the rooms emenities to their customers.

The standard room is very upstairs, there are too many stairs, it is difficult to carry heavy luggage up the room and the room is also near the tomb. Breakfast fried rice lacks taste, not comfortable with the friendliness of the service, not very helpful, there is only 1 socket for the charger, there is another one on top of the tall mirror used to cable for the TV, there is no extra soap or toothbrush like the usual accommodation, there is a kettle but not an electric kettle , can drink 2 bottles of Aqua but it smells of soap and is not sealed, lots of ants and flying animals.

By boat, you can get off directly at the hotel, access to and from the hotel. Got a room on the hill, the room is okay but its position is not a recommendation. Going up is quite high. The water in the bathroom is quite small so it accommodates the water for a long shower. The room is big enough but it feels dim maybe because of the room paint color. Good breakfast menu and it tastes really ordinary. Each person can only order 1 menu, if you want to add another menu you have to pay and its ok no problem. Indomie boiled nyoba at dinner, it feels really ordinary just adding vegetables, it's better to eat at an outdoor dining place (forget what restaurant name). For the same price, indomie at the outside restaurant tastes better + vegetables and meat. Nyoba, dimsum seaweed, it's really bad.

Although the rooms are standard but quite spacious, hot water is available continuously, breakfast is quite tasty and varied. I have often stayed at Carilina Cottage, but yesterday I got a room on the top / mountain so it was quite tired up and down.

The service is satisfying, the rooms are comfortably clean, the views are cool and extraordinary. Recommended!

Stay only 1 night and check-in only at 23 pm. Check-in process is fast, only breakfast is limited to 1 menu, so for children to order again and automatically pay again. nice view, kids love to bath in the lake. this room has no air conditioning. spacious room, Please add a bathroom air freshener.

Good for family gatherings: sharing family resolutions, because the place is shady, has lots of huts and is creative.

So good! I love the ambiance here. The staff are all friendly. The view is good. From the room that faces directly to Lake Toba and from the restaurant or its chillin, it is recommended.

The price is cheaper to buy online than directly at the hotel. Strategic location and can directly swim in Lake Toba from behind the hotel, it is ideal for a family vacation. The room interior is a bit old school but still comfortable.
