The only drawback is that security guards are alert if the music is too loud. My room is on the 2nd floor with a front balcony. Playing music is uncivilized and noisy, and my morning and evening rest is really disturbed...

It's fun to stay here, it's so close.. close to the roadside stalls, and if you want to eat at a low price, it's fun to bring children. The most important thing is that the bed is big, so it's comfortable for 2 big children without having to add extra beds. I'm very satisfied, the room is also clean, the staff is friendly, everyone is very fast, the process is very fast

The hotel is close to children's entertainment areas, the rooms are quite spacious and the breakfast is quite varied.

The room was very spacious. I had two king-size beds. The mattress was comfortable. However, the pillows smelled like saliva, so I asked for a change. The bathroom was comfortable, but the hot water ran out in the morning. So I had to take a cold shower in the cold Batu city. I really liked the breakfast, which was delicious. Other, more expensive hotels weren't as good. The restaurant has been renovated to be modern. There's an outdoor slide and swing for toddlers.

The service is good, but the bathroom smells like a drain in front of the room. When you open the back door, the drain smell is also quite disturbing.

The hotel is nice... The service is friendly and warm... Especially the security guard in the parking area... Friendly and responsive in welcoming guests... The swimming pool is clean and kid friendly... The breakfast is also delicious and the view is nice from the dining area... Next trip, God willing we will stay here again... 🙏

It's worth the price.. Don't be fooled by the mountain view on the 2nd floor. The parking lot and road view are just a little bonus of the mountain..

Good hotel, quick reaction staff worthed at price because its near from Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2 and Eco Park and specially Batu Among Tani Traditional market. You can walk from hotel to that place. Food is good at the taste but minim variety Room and bathroom shoulde be improve

The staff is friendly and willing to tell me where the room is. I checked in at 4 am and was served but had to confirm first.

The pluses are friendly staff, delicious food, clean swimming pool, the minuses are the shower isn't hot, there's no refrigerator in the room and no pool towels provided.
