พนักงานต้อนรับบริการไม่ดี ทั้งๆที่แจ้งไปแล้วว่าขอเช็คอินก่อนเวลา 12.00-13.00 โดยประมาณ แต่พอไปเช็คอินบอกห้องไม่พร้อม อีกทั้งยังย้ำว่าแม้ว่าจะแจ้งมาบอกล่วงหน้าแต่ก็ต้องรอ 14.00 ตลกตอนโทรจองได้ครับไม่มีปัญหา แล้วคือมาถึงตอนบ่ายโมง บอกให้รอก็รอ พอใกล้จะบ่ายสองมีแขกเข้ามาแทนที่จะเรียกเราคนที่นั่งรอว่าห้องเสร็จแล้ว แต่ให้แขกคนที่มาทีหลังก่อนอีก พอเช็คอินให้คีย์การ์ดมาแล้วไม่อธิบายลิฟต์อยู่ตรงไหนชั้นไหน ขึ้นไปถึงห้อง ประตูเปิดไว้ แม่บ้านลืมปิดห้อง อืมนะ นี่ถ้าไม่ตัดผ่านบัตรจะไม่พักเด็ดขาด แย่มาก WiFi ก็พังมาก มาๆหายๆ ปรับปรุงสีหน้าพนักงานหน่อยก็ดีครับ ชักสีหน้ามาก
