I had a great stay. Recommended. I like the ambiance, the food, the staff

Photos are click bait. The room is not the same in the photos. There are lots of spiderweb in their old fixtures and furniture. I was shocked when I opened the bathroom and lots of bugs/cockroaches are roaming. Their soap does not have wrapper or box and it's very unhygienic because there are lot of cockroaches inside the bathroom. The air conditioner is very poor. I tried to asked for electric fan but the person in the lobby can't even provide. I told him about the toiletries and the bugs but he seems busy playing with his phone and never done anything about it. This is a very bad experience and I will never recommend this to anyone. I even asked if they can send us to another room but he refuse.
