The service was good, the food was tasty and varied. A small suggestion: upgrade the TV to a smart TV. Some items in the room, like the desk, bed, and bathroom, could use an upgrade or renovation. Otherwise, the room was very nice and comfortable.

Perhaps all rooms could be upgraded to smart TVs to make them more useful. Otherwise, it's excellent; I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and it was close to culinary spots. However, the hot shower water wasn't hot enough, and the bottled water in the room was only available on the first day, but not on the second.

Breakfast was delicious! The menu was simple but felt like home cooking: fried noodles, urap vegetables, chicken, and stir-fried tempeh. Everything was warm, portions generous, and refills were quick. The place was clean and the Javanese wood vibes made it homey. It's definitely worth it for families. I'll stay here again next time I need to go to Malang.

Clean room, clean bathroom. Very strategic location in the city center and close to Matos Mall and MOG as well. Located in the culinary center, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to Jalan Pulosari and Jalan Kawi. Jalan Simpang Wilis itself also has many famous Malang culinary, including porridge across the street. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Mineral water bottles are provided in the room and a refill dispenser is also provided in the lobby. Water kettle can be borrowed from the reception.

Food: The food is very delicious, unlimited and has many choices. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff are friendly and informative. Highlights: Parking for motorbikes and cars is easy enough to enter inside. Price: Cheap and efficient. Location: Close to the town square, entertainment venues, cafes, and street food nearby.

When I checked in, the AC wasn't cooling. I waited a while, but it still wasn't cooling. And the walls were dirty. Even though it's my regular hotel, I was disappointed. This was my first time staying here, and it was a bit uncomfortable. When I asked the staff if I could change rooms, they said they were all full. What a bummer.

The entrance looks like a shophouse, but parking is limited and difficult to access when it rains. Construction was still going on next door until past midnight, making it noisy and difficult to sleep. Meals are included, and they're not bad. Thank you!
