If you can get 1000 stars, this is a cheap room price, not cheap 🥰.

1. The TV has no broadcasts/channels 2. The bathroom is really dirty 3. The service is far from standard 4. There is a puddle of water in the room and the staff doesn't know about it until they move to another room and there is still a puddle too 5. Food/breakfast only at give tasteless fried rice, smelly 6. Wifi can't connect 7. Dirty blankets and bed sheets make the skin itchy.

The room is spacious but not soundproof, the TV is not yet a smart TV, there is no signal in the room and wifi cannot reach it, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and bed covers because there are blood spots and they should not be used again. The atmosphere is very suitable for healing and remains comfortable.

Equipment such as towels, mats, etc. must be requested first before being given. I had to ask for it 3 times before it was delivered. I'm not surprised because most of the guest reviews are like that. Wifi doesn't work. The hallway between the rooms is very dirty. Breakfast was a mess. Dirty swimming pool. In fact, if the service is prompt and the food is delicious, I think they will come back again.

The service is not friendly, sandals are not provided, tissue must be asked for. The worst thing is that the trash has been put all day in front of my room, so the cat scratched the trash all over the place. Even though I stayed two days.

We only lasted 30 minutes in the room and finally decided to leave to move hotels. Disadvantages of this hotel: damp rooms and bad smell. The fabric spring bed was rough and rough, not pleasant to sleep on. The bed sheets were dirty, smelly, like someone had used them. The bathroom smells and has lots of crust, the door handle has fallen off, the bathroom exhaust fan is closed. The dust seemed dirty, towels weren't even available on request. The officer said the stock had run out. Wifi has no signal. All the TV channels are random. Dusty rooms, old interior like a budget hotel. The advantages of this hotel: super spacious rooms. AC cold. The location of the room is right in front of the swimming pool. Ample parking. The location is easy to reach, not difficult. The point is that this hotel needs renovation, especially for the room interior. That's all our experience. Thanks.

The place is cool, beautiful and comfortable, only there are no towels and you have to ask the staff first, there are no mats or sandals, the room leaks when it rains and the lobby also has lots of leaks, and also in front of the room door there are lots of dirty plates and glasses that have not been cleaned. Before coming here, it's better to buy food outside first, the rest is okay, comfortable

Spider webs and dust in the room.

It's dirty, the pillow cover looks like it's never been replaced, the room has lots of ants and is dusty, slippers aren't provided, the water is always off, the AC isn't cold, some of the lights are broken.

The room is spacious but the floor is a bit dirty. The staff is friendly but the facilities are not very good. There weren't any towels available in the room, I wanted to call housekeeping but the phone didn't work, I went back and forth to the receptionist but there was no delivery. From check-in time, at 6 pm I just received a towel, and even then I took it myself to the reception! Oh my gosh, as simple as a towel is, I think it's a must have! Makes you not in the mood. Not anymore.

The room is big though. It's not clean enough, the AC has an error, the room doesn't smell good. Dirty corridor.

Saat masuk kamar terasa di kaki lantai banyak debu, kotor, sarung bantal bau seperti habis di pakai dan belum di ganti, seprei lecek (tidak rapi), saat datang untuk check in tidak ada room boy yang mengantar sampai ke kamar sehingga harus mencari kamar sendiri.

Only stayed one night, the electricity went out 3 times and the AC had an error. There was water seepage next to the bed, as a result the extra bed became wet because of the seepage. I called the receptionist several times for the service department to come to the room to check the condition. Actually the place is nice and I hope the maintenance will be improved again, so that the light of this resort shines again. Thanks.

This was the most unpleasant experience during my stay at the hotel, from the start we were told our room was on the 2nd floor, asked for tolerance to move rooms because the wife was young pregnant & according to the doctor it was risky to go up and down the stairs because there was no lift, the female receptionist promised that tomorrow we could move rooms, the reason was the room renovation, the next day the male receptionist said he couldn't because the room was moldy & renovated so if you wanted to move rooms, add 100k. We were clearly disappointed with the expectations given. Notes: - Towels are not available (you have to ask first) - There are no mats. - Dirty dusty rooms. (cannot be used)-hot water shower is broken (cannot be used).

Just for Bumi Katulampa-Convention Resort. The service is very good.

In room 224 the hot water didn't work, very disappointed.

The room lacks maintenance and dirty toiletries must be asked by the staff first. The bathroom also looks like it hasn't been cleaned, there are lots of cigarette butts.

Tidak ada tissue di kamar, Spoon untuk mengaduk teh pun tidak ada Water heather tidak berjalan, tidak tersedia tong sampah di kamar, tolong diperbaiki yaa Semoga ke depannya lebih baik lagi 🙏.
