First impressions were fantastic at EcoLoft Hotel Phuket! The hotel is located in the heart of Phuket city, not far from Phuket Old Town. The loft-style decor is beautiful and chic, both exterior and interior. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and importantly, include a minibar! The lobby offers complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and cookies. There's also a rooftop swimming pool with a 360-degree view of Khao To Sae mountain and Phuket city. The staff were all very helpful, helpful, and friendly.

The hotel has a very clean infinity pool, located near the old town so it's convenient for sightseeing.

Too expensive, no bed for child that I booked, had to pay 25 euro more for a tripple room so my daughter didn't have to sleep on the floor. Tripple room was under the rooftop pool which meant you could hear the pump and water running all night. Worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

Location is superb, many places around and good restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out is easy. Onsite parking is free and available. Aircon is good and cools the room quite quickly. The room is clean. Overall, it's worth your money. Some minus points: maybe the bed sheet needs replacement, found some holes in the duvet (but at least it's clean, this is the most important point), and you kind of can hear your next door neighbor's noises.

Great hotel: clean rooms, pleasant scent, spacious, comfortable, swimming pool with beautiful mountain view, quiet, near the old town, Seven Eleven, right at the beginning of the alley with a restaurant selling breakfast & lunch was delicious. Friendly hotel staff, cleaning the room every day. Room rates are very affordable

Clean, quiet, good service from staff, beautiful view of the swimming pool. If I have a chance, I will visit again.
