Staff assistantance is friendly,very helpful, fast check in and out,fast refund too. My issue is the hotel have no iron and prayer mat (maybe I need to request), lock was not properly latched, water heater broken. Same goes to hair dryer ( the hair dryer melted- I'm scared to use it). Parking is not free,please download Parkway Apps for outsiders. Location: Traffic lights makes it hassle to go here and there for those who prefer hassle free. Amenities nearby: Very good - nearby to almost all eatries, pharmacy and even Lotus 👍

Great location around the popular location within 10-15min. Room was clean and staff also friendly.

Cannot sleep because too noisy I don't know if it come from construction or housekeeping staffs.

The good points: The hotel provides free coffee and tea from a self-service machine in the lobby as well as cold and hot water from another water filter machine. The bad points: 1. It is impossible to log in to the hotel wifi. If you get in the speed is impossibly slow. Considering it is so cheap to give good wifi speed to the guests, this hotel is not doing well on this. 2. There are no parking spots provided by the hotel. The hotel should at least apply for some designated parking spaces from the city council for the convenience of their guests. 3. The hotel provides you 2 towels; 1 new and 1 old (almost bare thread and rough). Please get rid of your old towels and provide new towels. Also, the new towel feels like it has a layer of "something" which makes it not absorbent when you use it to dry yourself after a shower. Could be the laundry powder they are using. Not a good feeling. All the above comments are genuine. Hope the 2 young owners will listen and make the appropriate changes.

Mediocre but located in a strategic place in between Muar town and Bakri.

The room size toooo smalll. The carpet inside room also wet all the time

The large lobby is beautiful and very fragrant, as if in a lovely lace, a comfortable room.

Friendly staff. The room, toilet & pillow smelly. I booked the room but they give me smaller room. I thought I can get refund but I cant 😊 quite disappointed. But the lobby very beautiful 😊

When i arrived, unfortunately their system happens to be having an update going on so they were not able to retrieve the details that I had booked and paid it. So I didn’t get the Japanese room I requested for but they allow me to upgrade it to a Europe room just by adding RM8 from what I previously paid. Nice and cosy room. It’s big and would recommend if Muslims need some room to pray, you will need a bigger room definitely.
