I swear you won't regret staying here, the rooms are very clean, I booked 2 rooms, deluxe and family, the family room has a very beautiful view. The rooms are very spacious, fragrant, there is hot water, spacious parking and good security and the location is very strategic, next to the Ubud hotel.

With two beds (one double bed and one single bed), it was perfect for a family with one or two kids. Since it was not a hotel, the facility might not be as complete as a hotel and not suitable for a staycation, but perfect for transit and those who doesn't care about facilities. It was clean and spacy.

It was not a hotel, but more like a spacious boarding room. The room has two beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It was good for a family with a kid. Early check-in is actually allowed based on the availability of the room. Since it was not a hotel, there were not many rooms available, but still comfortable and quiet, with a nice scenery in the backyard.

The price is quite cheap, but I got one without windows, so I couldn't get fresh air unless the door was open. Hopefully if I get one with windows next time. But the mother is kind.
