I've stayed here many times. The service, restaurant, facilities, and proximity to the beach are excellent. There have been many improvements in the room amenities, and the garden is much tidier and cleaner. Overall, a stay here will not disappoint.

I think it's the best hotel in the central Pelabuhan Ratu area. Clean, comfortable, and with excellent service. Cold air conditioning, clean sheets, and a clean room. Mr. Dendy, the hotel staff member, was the best person to assist us.

It's a shame that a hotel this nice doesn't have reliable TV, just a regular digital TV with lots of ants on the channels. The AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to 16 degrees. Otherwise, it was a great stay: the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, there's no public transportation available at night. As for the food, I'd recommend adding more main courses, especially the side dishes.

The hospitality is on par with a 4-star hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is flawless, although the menu could be more varied. 5G Wi-Fi is available. The only downside is the unstable hot water (suddenly hot, then cold). Otherwise, it's okay, and hopefully the quality is maintained. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Palabuhanratu.

Alhamdulillah, a very enjoyable vacation. The children are very happy, very satisfied they vacation and stay here. Highly recommended. All the security and hotel staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious 👍🏻😍 The service is very good, and the hotel room is spacious, the AC is cold. Next vacation I want to come back here again. The children asked to stay again at Karang Sari Hotel, they want to 😍😍. One more thing, the hotel is close to the beach 👍🏻

It was very pleasant, the staff was friendly. However, many of the towels and sheets were torn. The buffet menu had a wide variety. However, when we wanted to swim, the staff said that adult men had to take off their clothes or wear swimming trunks, so we decided not to swim (only children were allowed to swim). Hopefully, the hotel will evaluate the situation or put a large sign stating that swimming is mandatory. Thank you.

I really enjoyed staying here, but there were some drawbacks. 1. There were a lot of black ants in the food. Everything else was fine, and the food was delicious.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff and security are friendly, and it's close to downtown Pelabuhan Ratu. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Clean, tidy, and the swimming pool is also clean. The only downside is the intermittent Wi-Fi and poor signal reception. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent, friendly, and fast.

The hotel's location is strategic. I stayed in room 105. The Wi-Fi was weak, and there were many large black ants in the room. There was no hot water. The bed creaked when moved. Tissues and toothbrushes were only provided upon request.
