The contact person couldn't be reached. I had to find the location myself and ask the receptionist. The mattress was broken, and there were no amenities or towels, just a sachet of shampoo and a small bar of soap. Please pay more attention to cleanliness. The TV worked but was useless. The only plus was the cold air conditioning. It was really tiring.

The management does not have any coordination and communication with the crew. The AC does not respond to the remote. The bed is smelly.

Very bad. The electricity is overloaded, so it always goes off almost every hour. The AC seems to be broken with annoying noises and also dies at the end so I have to open the door. Overall, it is not recommended.

The photos are different from reality, the room is dirty, smelly, the bed is ugly, there is cigarette trash in the drawer. I booked for 4 nights, but I just left and made another book at another hotel.

Ruangan kotor. Handuk cuma 1 dan cuma dikasih 1sabun kecil dan 1 sachet shampo tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol. Cuma tersedia 4 aqua gelas. TV dengan antena dalam tidak bagus. Kamar mandi banyak kuning-kuning di dinding. Tidak tersedia kompor atau dispenser untuk menyeduh kopi/teh.

TV tidak ada koneksi. Tidak ada wifi, signal telkomsel susah, signal XL susah, indosat susah (terus disuruh bertapa kita). Suara dari lorong semua masuk. Kamar mandi ngalahin joroknya kamar mandi terminal: closet tersumbat, selang air bocor di mana-mana, kerak di mana-mana. Agen online, mossok hotel/tempat menginap seperti ini direkomendasikan seh. Sesekali lihat langsung dong.
