I spent a day in bed bitten by bugs. It wasn't clean. The ceiling was moldy, the soap dispenser was broken, and they forgot to provide a bath mat; you had to ask for one. Still needs a lot of improvement. The location is strategic and the breakfast is delicious and varied.

Recommended for a place to stay. Friendly staff, good service. Breakfast is served at 7, but I happened to be fasting, and the staff prepared a pre-dawn meal for me. Overall, it's nice.

If the room size were larger, The cleanliness would be improved. The toilet had worms in it. And the room was full of dust. There were spider webs all over the room. For 400,000 Rupiah, it wasn't worth it. Thank you.

I stayed at Muara Inn Ternate twice, got the room above, if I'm not mistaken room number 213. Overall good, but in that room the AC took a long time to cool, then the AC remote was broken, different from the first time I stayed there in a grand deluxe room, the facilities in the grand deluxe room were all okay. The bathroom door hinge also seems to need to be repaired because it no longer works. Apart from that everything is good, the staff, the food, the friendliness is very good. I don't know either but from what I saw maybe it's because Muara Inn is quite old, just a suggestion for the management, maybe pay more attention to the maintenance of the hotel facilities. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful, although it is quite comfortable, the cleanliness of the room is still lacking because it is quite dirty and there are lots of cockroaches, for food there are only a few menus but it is still delicious, please improve the cleanliness of the room

The place is aesthetically pleasing from the outside, perfect for taking photos, and has easy access to everything. There's plenty of food, and it's close to Jatiland (mall), the beach, and the market.
