During my stay, the facilities were okay. I got a room on the second floor, but the AC was leaking and not cooling, so I was moved to the first floor. The food was decent, and the facilities were all good. The night shift staff was a bit rude, but the morning staff were very friendly. Thank you.

Overall, it's still okay. Our first stay was on the 3rd floor, and there were baby cockroaches, as pictured above. When we moved to the 1st floor, we got a spacious and clean room. Please add more variety to the breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality, smiles, and greetings. If I ever return to Ternate, I'll definitely stay at Muara Inn again.
