A hotel that I have visited many times and it never disappoints.

The room is spacious for an executive Kong, with a large bed and an extra sofa... it fits the two of us and our three children, ages 4, 7, and 10. The food is delicious, and the price is really worth it... the kids finally decided. Because the food is delicious, an extra breakfast for one child costs 25,000 Rupiah... the breakfast is simple, with the main course being porridge and fruit.

In my experience searching for quality, affordable accommodation in Medan, this hotel is highly recommended. For only 300,000 Rupiah (Traveloka), the service and facilities are already extraordinary. A true three-star hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. There was a TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Everything worked well. Only the remote control was broken. The work desk was attached to the wall. Although there wasn't a portable table, there was a chair. There was a water heater, tissues, and two bottles of mineral water. There were two wall sockets on the desk. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Hot water, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, and two towels. There was an elevator and a rooftop restaurant. There was a meeting room and car parking. I got a room with a view (window). The receptionist was friendly. And I was allowed early check-in at 10 a.m. at no additional charge! By far, the best three-star hotel in Medan.

It seems like this hotel is in the wrong location, a hotel with a beautiful and attractive building design. Nice rooms, a beautiful lobby, and a relaxing breakfast room. But perhaps the location isn't particularly appealing. So there aren't too many guests. There's a rooftop on the top floor, which is unfortunately deserted. One disappointment was the cleanliness of the room; there were rows of ants and mosquitoes. But other than that, this hotel is definitely worth a stay.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel service was excellent. The room was very spacious, very clean, and had complete amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

my 1st time staying over at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room is fragrant & clean even I who is fussy about the cleanliness of the toilet have no complaints because it is so clean. Hopefully the management & staff will maintain and even improve the quality. I will recommend to my colleagues. 💯
