Not the room as booked The resort informs that the agent has not received the booking information and therefore cannot arrange the room as booked with the agent. The details of the booking with the agent are provided in a double bed and it has been confirmed. But the resort provided a 4-bed room and clarified that the agent did not specify the needs of the customer to the resort, however the resort tried to fix it. By bringing 2 single beds to move together And lift 1 single bed to make the room look more spacious. In addition, the rooms at this price do not provide coffee and tea in the room. Shower gel and hand sanitizer There are very few, only the bottom of the bottle. There was liquid soap in the shower, so I didn't use the little resort items that were not enough to use.
