The building is old but well-maintained, with all the equipment in good working order. It's located close to Batu city center and tourist attractions. The management is very friendly.

Plus (+) : Friendly villa owner, adequate facilities, super spacious room, clean room & environment, and nice view. Minus (-) : There are no clothes hangers in the room & bathroom, making it difficult if there are many people in the room. There are only 2 power outlets, one is for the TV, quite inconvenient. There is no signboard in the location, so it is quite difficult to see. Wifi is not fast, enough for social media and chat, if for work it is not adequate.

The manager is friendly, the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the mattress is soft, and the parking lot is adequate. Got room No. 1 on the edge, the view from inside the room was really nice, at night you can see the lights of the houses at the foot of the mountain. Highly recommend this budget villa.

3 nights here the children felt at home, there were several children's toys such as swings and junggat junggit, the room was spacious, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub, the father and mother were friendly, there was a shared kitchen that could make coffee and popmi, the view was great, without air conditioning but it was cold Once in a while, finding a go-car/grab is also easy. Pecel and peyeknya also miss. Recommended😉
