My favorite hotel to stay at every time I'm on a business trip to Southeast Sulawesi. The service is satisfying, the staff are responsive and fast, from the security guard to the receptionist, everyone is friendly and polite. Housekeeping is excellent. The room design is resort-style, not monotonous white, the architecture is cool. The downside is the WiFi is not very smooth because my room is on the 6th floor. Overall, a great experience.
