Breakfast here is very good but a bit limited, 2 mornings the food repeats. The staff is extremely friendly, but I would like to suggest that the front desk should remind customers about extra paid services. Although there is a note in the room, I think not everyone can notice it, so the hotel can remind guests when they come to stay here.

The bed sheets in my room were very dirty and had a lot of blood stains…I took a picture and showed it to the front desk.

The hotel is not too far from the center, from Binh Ha to the beach or to places to eat is very easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped with essential amenities. The only downside is that the wifi on the 5th floor is very weak, most of the time I have to use 4G and cannot connect to the hotel wifi. Another plus is that the breakfast buffet is okay, the fish noodle soup is delicious, the staff is very enthusiastic in supporting me to borrow a helmet even though I did not rent a motorbike from the hotel.

Vị trí khách sạn nằm mặt hồ nên thoáng mát, đi lại trong thành phố Quy Nhon khá tiện. Nhưng không biết lý do gì mà khách sạn không bật đèn và điều hòa hành lang nên tối om vào buổi tối Buổi sáng không có đồ ăn tự chọn mà chỉ có đồ ăn chọn sẵn như mỳ tôm, bánh mỳ trứng... Về phòng nghỉ thì nhỏ, có 1 cửa sổ nên không bị bí. Chăn ga không được sạch cho lắm nhìn có vết bẩn Một điểm cộng rất lớn là thái độ của các bạn nhân viên ở Khách sạn rất là tốt, khá cởi mở và hỗ trợ khách hàng. Đây là điểm mà mình thích nhất ở Khách sạn này. Nhìn chung khách sạn ở mức tạm ổn thôi chứ không có gì nổi bật
