The room is very dirty, the mattress has fleas so I was bitten until bumpy, which I stayed 2 nights before I finally moved the hotel. One room is crowded with other guests with a very large number of crazy and refugees.

For approximate $2.5/night, I could say, you'll get more than what you pay! Anyway, if you're going here, tell the driver Bahay ng Marino at the street of PIER Gate 4. Don't tell at Roberto Oca St., Port area cuz most drivers do not know the real name of the street.
