Everything is okay. This is my second time coming here, but the only thing I don't like is the security guard (pool and gym area) who is quite rude, possibly because I am a young guest.

Room as advertised. Spacious and spotless clean. No daily cleaning service. One-time cleaning is provided for stays of 4-5 nights. 3M water filter in the room. Decent pools for kids and adults. Amazing 180-degree view of the sea. It's not soundproof as you may hear noises coming from upstairs from time to time. Bed was great, generous amount of pillows. Within walking distance to the beach. A decent stay.

Spacious room with a great view. Spotlessly clean. Prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Fresh and clean towels. Do not leave your food unattended, it will be invaded by ants. A convenience store right in the building. Get your own washing detergent and purchase tokens at the reception for DIY laundry. Had a minor issue with the sound of running steps and moving chairs coming from upstairs from time to time. The bed was comfy, but I did not have a great sleep. It would be better if a bathtub was available. Overall, had a comfy and relaxing stay.

Room like homestay with seaview

The sea view is excellent and the apartment is spacious. However, cleanliness could be improved, especially the sticky floors. The location is convenient for guests travelling by car.

the room is clean and comfy the view is really nice and pretty the swimming pool is huge and it has mini playground for kids the staffs were helpful everything was good except it was really hard to find grab car in this area

3 days experience 2 MLM, 3 bedroom family room... 1. Clean and satisfied room. 2. Good hotel facilities 3. View from the hotel sea view. 4. Clean and beautiful beach. # *Another problem is parking* # 1. Please prepare a suitable parking card for users to enter and exit, do not let users go up and down the lobby to the parking lot and then only be able to exit. Very disappointed.

Lovely and beautiful place to stay, actually for staycation! Breathtaking view from my room and also the hotel has its own access to the beach. Their amenities are very desirable, they have an infinity pool and also a gym. The staff are also helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here again next trip. Very warm and welcome.

All rooms come with sea views and a nice balcony, with 3 toilets. The bed and pillows are so comfy.

A perfect place for a staycation a little bit away from the city. I love everything about this place. I tried all the facilities including gym and pool. The parking is free, so highly recommended. I booked a studio, this room doesn't have a balcony and bathtub. Although you have a cabinet but no stove. It provides a water heater, iron, ironing board, safety box, and television (no hair dryer, else it will be perfect). There is filtered water at the sink, it is so good. Hmm, what else? The shampoo and body wash are from lemongrass and peppermint, such a natural smell. There are toiletries provided like a toothbrush, but not much. No room cleaning service available. Will I come back? 100% YES!

Easy to find, the view was amazing (pool and beach view), easy access to the beach.

Amazing stay. Quite far from downtown, but in Penang going anywhere was very easy. Great staff. Good view facing the ocean. Upgraded to 3 bedroom. Clean and very comfortable. Will be back for sure.

Second stay here and love it! Those who enjoy peacefulness facing the sea, this is the place.

One of the best deal you can get for a beachfront accommodation. Nice location near to Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. The only downside I wish it has a balcony so I can enjoy the sound of the wave. Regardless I'm happy with the stay because of friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, easy parking, great location and the view of course.
