The staff were all friendly. The security guards were responsive regarding parking. The breakfast was delicious, including crepes, a chocolate fountain, and ice cream. Oh yeah, there was Turkish coffee too. There were welcome drinks and snacks. There were a few spots in the room that weren't very clean, so they could improve on that in the future. Otherwise, great job!

The room was nice, the bathroom was spacious, there were lots of activities for the kids, and the breakfast was varied. Overall, it's one of the best hotels in Gresik. I love it.
