I've been to Da Lat many times, but this was the first time I booked a hotel on Traveloka. It was so cheap, I thought it wouldn't live up to expectations. But when we checked in, it was great! We arrived in Da Lat at 7:30, had lunch and some work, and finished around 9:30. We were quite tired, so I messaged the hotel to let us check in two hours early, at 10:00. I asked if there was any extra charge for those two hours because I knew we were checking in two hours early and I was worried they would have to make arrangements. But no, it seems the owners didn't. They messaged me saying there was no extra charge, just come on over. I arrived, rested early, felt refreshed, and our trip to Da Lat was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. You should definitely try it!

The owner was very helpful with early check-in and late check-out. That day, my wife dropped her bracelet and couldn't find it, so the owner helped us find it in the room and contacted me to return it.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh khách sạn nhiều quán ăn, đặc biệt có các quán chay rất ngon.Gần khách sạn có chùa Linh Sơn nổi tiếng. Nhân viên khách sạn rất vui vẻ, chu đáo. Lần sau đến Đà Lạt chắc chắn chọn khách sạn này.

Dù mình đã đặt trước nhưng tới nơi lễ tân báo hết phòng và đưa mình phòng 2 giường không có cửa sổ và hứa là ngày tiếp theo sẽ chuyển mình về phòng có cửa sổ, nhưng thật bất ngờ, phòng cửa sổ ẩm mốc và cửa sổ không mở dc, view là bức tường nhà kế bên. Đã ở 3 lần, đây là lần 4, khá tệ, sẽ không bao giờ đặt khách sạn này nữa

The mattress is soft, but I am not satisfied with the service: 1. The hotel requires to keep cmnd/cccd. 2. Staff doesn't know what time the hotel closes (?). When I asked the staff, the staff said 12 o'clock at night, but the other staff said it was open 24/24, affecting my outing schedule. 3. I asked the staff to change the wipes and brushes twice, the staff had an appointment but did not see the staff to change. 4. My companion mistakenly brought the water bottle he brought with him from the hotel's minibar, so he had to pay. Although the hotel later checked but did not say anything, when I asked, it said to go back to the hotel to get it back. 5. The toilet has a bad smell.

Khách sạn rất là tiện nghi, mình chỉ đặt 1 đêm cuối nhưng rất ưng ý, giá thì hạt dẻ, có đầy đủ máy sấy, ấm đun, nước nóng. Rộng rãi, sạch sẽ

Phòng khá cũ, tường bị mốc. Không có điều hoà. Cách âm rất kém, chăn nệm cũng có mùi hôi
