Ample parking, spacious lobby, fresh scent upon entering, and friendly staff. Although the TV in the room is not large enough for the room, overall it's good and satisfactory.

Friendly hotel staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom, strong water flow, non-stop hot water. Fast room service when asking for toothpicks in the middle of the night. All the breakfast restaurants are delicious, the service is also good.

The room is quite spacious even though it is an old building, the cleanliness of the sheets is very lacking, there are many white spots like uneven bleach, so I asked to change the sheets twice but they are still the same, it is better to just buy new sheets.

The location and friendliness of the staff are good, there was just a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling.

Overall it's ok, but if I may suggest, check-in time can be quicker. It's a shame for those from out of town like me who are already tired but have to check in on time at 2 pm.

The lighting in room 209 is lacking, so it feels dim. The sink is clogged, the water stagnates, the faucet is slow to turn, it is difficult to change from a regular faucet to a shower, the bathroom lighting is also not bright enough. Please rejuvenate and improve the room facilities, especially the lighting and bathroom.

The room is spacious, quite comfortable, the location is not too far from the city center.

Fast check-in and check-out service and the staff are very friendly, the room is quite spacious and clean even though the building is old. Strategic location, affordable price, will come back again when going to Purwokerto.

Comfortable, Wi-Fi signal problem fluctuates

Everything is comfortable except the bathroom.. it smells weird like (sorry) male fluid. I don't know if it's just room 609 or the others are the same. But outside of that it's good. Suggestion: please maintain the cleanliness and ventilation of the bathroom. 🙏🏻

the staff was not very responsive, I asked for a single bed because I checked in at night and they said there was none, after I got angry and asked to meet the manager on duty, who turned out not to be in charge, I finally got a single bed room the wifi is just for display, the signal is slow

Breakfast has many flavors to choose from. The location is also strategic so it is easy to access.

The only thing lacking is the Wi-Fi and TV, otherwise everything else is great. Check out is super fast.
