Very bad. They kept the key deposit, but when it was time to check out, they called the owner and there was no response. Wasted a lot of time. I agreed to leave the key in the lock and left the deposit. Very bad.

They gave us a bigger room without us asking. Broken window. The toilet has no tissue. Dirty mattress pad. The bidet hose immediately broke the first time it was touched. He asked us for compensation money for a new hose even though he installed the one that was already damaged. He said incidents like this often happened. He took our deposit money. When we went out in the morning, he locked all the rooms so we couldn't enter. Then he said we have locked all the doors and made their doors broken. And have to pay another 100bhat. We decided to leave right then and there. And he threatened to report it to the police if we wrote a bad review about this inn. And he asked us to pay for using the big room even though we only paid for the small room. They distorted the facts to blackmail us.
