Good place, good price near the mall, big shopping center

The room didn't match the pictures; there were only two pillows provided. Extra pillows cost 50 baht per night. We stayed for 10 nights and were very disappointed, as we judged the room based on the photos.

1. I stayed for two nights. The daytime on the second night was terrible. The housekeepers were making a lot of noise cleaning the room, talking and laughing loudly, having a great time. They had no consideration for the guests. Suitable for one night's stay only. I'm done with this place. 2. The breakfast portion was very small; not enough to fill me up.

Close to the mall and not too far from the airport, convenient for getting to the city center. I was impressed with everything, but slightly disappointed that I booked a double bed but got two single beds that were stuck together. It was uncomfortable sleeping because I kept falling through the gap between the beds. I think I didn't get the room I booked. Also, I got a connecting room and unfortunately, the room next door was noisy.

The location, service and facilities, comfort, and cleanliness of this hotel are all standard, nothing special or special. Improvements are needed in all aspects of the hotel to make it a better and more enjoyable stay.

There are motorbike taxis at the entrance of the alley. Enter Soi Sib Baht, Soi Ngamwongwan 18, opposite Pantip Plaza. There is a 7-Eleven open 24 hours. The hotel is compact and quiet. I slept well.

The location is close to the airport, about 15-20 minutes by car. If there's an event at the Life Store mall, it's within walking distance. The room for three people is quite spacious. The bathroom is quite clean, with complete toiletries provided. However, there were some cockroaches at night. The location is a bit tucked away, a little tricky to find at first, but there are signs outside the road. There's a convenience store and laundry service nearby if needed.

Very good. Everything is good. I use the service very often when I go on official business or have an event. It's near 7-Eleven and The Mall.

Non-smoking rooms, both on the balcony and inside the room, are an obstacle for smokers.

But overall, it is okay, suitable for the price.

- There was a problem with the 500 baht key deposit because the guest had 400 baht in cash, so they said they would pay an additional 100 baht the next morning. The staff said they couldn't (they wouldn't let them stay)...because normally some places will have you leave your ID card instead. - The last time we stayed, there was no key deposit because we were staying for 5 days, but we booked an additional 6th day (but pressed the wrong day). We couldn't request to change the date of our stay, and we couldn't get a refund. But it was our fault for pressing the wrong button. There should be some way to help customers. - And it's a hotel that doesn't care about previous customers, no matter how many times they've stayed there.

The room has a strange door that opens to the next room but is locked from the other side. It doesn't look safe. And the room is noisy. You can hear other rooms on the floor opening and closing their doors. People walking are also noisy. The room is not soundproof. I couldn't sleep at all. It's very bad.

Convenient travel, there is a 7-Eleven, easy to travel, people who don't have a car will use it to travel.
