Overall the room is comfortable, but the bathroom smells like pee, and is not very soundproof. Group guests, especially those with children, are not encouraged to remain quiet in the hotel hallway. In the morning, I, who originally wanted to lie down, was disturbed by the noise. Stayed overnight and close to the culinary center. There were insects in the toilet and the cleaning service was immediately on standby to clean it and move the room. In the new room, the toilet flush was problematic but I was too tired to move the room again. With a strategic location and very good service staff. Very happy to stay at the Citrip hotel and will definitely come back again. The room is very clean, tidy and the bathroom is also very clean.. The AC is very cold The hot water for bathing is also good.. Very satisfied and only 5 minutes walk to Simpang Lima. And right in front of the hotel there is a good cafe for breakfast.. The staff is very friendly, his name is Mozar, he really helped me in finding information for transportation.
