air conditioning needs attention

Was good for me to stay a couple days here, maybe please improve for cleanest at the room.

It was good to stay here for a couple of days.

The room door looks cool with a smart lock. But when I opened it, the room was cramped and looked more like a boarding house. I asked for soap but they didn't give it until I ended up buying it myself. I asked for a change of towels until I checked out but they didn't give it. And when I checked out, I said to the receptionist, "Sorry, this might be my first and last stay here. I'm sorry if I give a bad review later--. Hopefully it will be better in the future."

The hotel staff is friendly, but the towels are not comfortable, and so are the blankets.

It's clean, but why is the building like that and not as pictured? The mattress is really bad, the bathroom smells bad, and the towels are thin. Even if it's because of the price, at least the bathroom smell can be improved in the future.

The housekeeping staff are also very friendly, always helpful and ready to clean the room,,,, btw I stayed in room 43 last month... It's really great

For the price, the hotel is good. The staff is friendly. When we arrived, the housekeeper helped us carry our things to our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great. I stayed last month in a villa on the second floor. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. They were easy to chat with, and any request for help was immediately assisted.

The photos look great, but the reality is far from what we expected. The toilet is broken, the room is stuffy, the AC isn't cold enough, and the bed covers look like they've never been washed. If this inn wants to survive, it needs to improve quickly before more people are disappointed.
