The hotel staff is friendly, the interior is nice, but the room cleanliness needs to be improved, for example, with curtains and bed linens. Incidentally, there was a wedding there, and the room faced the venue, so the music was quite loud. The lobby should be cooler, considering the heat in Gresik.

I stayed at this hotel during Eid al-Fitr with my son, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which was great after a long day. One of the best things about this hotel is its direct connection to a mall. It made everything so convenient—we never had to worry about finding food or getting bored, as there were plenty of dining and entertainment options just steps away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. The breakfast menu was also quite varied, with many options to choose from, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was the swimming pool area, which felt quite open and lacked shaded spots. It can get quite hot during the day, especially under the midday sun. As for the gym, there is one available, but it’s located in the mall and not part of the hotel’s facilities. Overall, it was a good stay and a solid choice, especially for families or anyone who values convenience and easy access to food and entertainment.

The rooms are clean, the surroundings are also clean... The employees and security guards are also friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, I think the only shortcomings are the taste of the menu and the lack of menu variety such as no sandwiches, even though they are on the mandatory hotel menu.

This is my 3rd time coming here... Always include breakfast when I come here because the menu is extensive and delicious... Got it on the 11th floor where the TV picture wasn't good, it was crunchy.

I've been visiting my in-laws in Gresik since my first child until recently, when my second child came, I've always stayed here whenever I've been in Gresik. The location is right next to the mall, making it super easy to buy anything and find food and snacks. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms are spotless, and the amenities are complete. The swimming pool is spotless, and my husband and kids loved swimming. The breakfast is great, the food is delicious, and my family and I all got along well. Actually, staying two nights wasn't enough. God willing, I'll stay here again if I'm in Gresik. Book a deluxe king suite, comfortable for families because of the dividing wall. It's a convenient staycation option because it's directly connected to the mall, and there's a Transmart, so groceries are close by. There's no baby crib available yet, but it's recommended that you provide one since many families staying with babies are staying. Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are friendly.

The food was very bad, cold fried rice, cold fried egg, salty stir-fried vegetables, little variety, not up to the standard of the Santika Hotel which is famous for its delicious food.

Unfortunately the toothbrush provided is 1 cm.
