There is no receptionist here, there will be a guide called Azimat, look at my post, he will ask for a deposit of 300 RM, this will be returned when checking out, and there is a cleaning fee of 70 RM, the journey to the room is quite complicated. Suitable for groups of people, spacious space.

Agen operasion yang bernama Azimar tidak sopan. Tidak ramah. Ucapan nya kasar. Kita tidak akan menginap di sana lagi. Dia minta uang cleaning 60 Rm dan 20 Rm untuk tax. Kalau masih pakai orang seperti ini, sayang, bakal sepi.

The price is so not satisfying with the accomadation provided since jakuzi spa was close for a long time. Then what benefit to stay there and also water leaking from sink to washing machine without any reason. Not recommended to repeat.

shower broken..slow wifi..cannot watch movie youtube etc..access door not function very well..security was too straight..needs to change lift..from parking to R..From R to room lift..customer needs to wait the lift for long period...and every time to press button level need to touch access room card..not family friendly stayed..pool too small...jacuzi is not allowed to enter..no restaurant..need to order outside food..and I just banknote that I am booking with agent..no help desk, no reception..customer would be lost if they doesn't know the lift system in this area..so difficult for us.

My comments are as follows: 1) Room - Clean room - Air conditioning in the room is not very cold. Room no. 2106 2) Pool - Pool level R is too much - no hygiene and full barrels - No staff monitoring - Towels to bring home 3) Pool 35 - Can only ride through one lift, which is a BOMBA lift to this level - Get a pass in advance at the Lobby's escort office (Notice on the 35th floor only) 4) Check in - Hidden cost (written only in the policy section) RM300 deposit and RM60 cleaning money upon check-in. Also not specified how or where to check in.

The hotel is ok, only the service for the worst ride. The lift system from parking to the roof is very agonizing. Too many visitors until there is room to shower in the swimming pool

will never book again. scammer. the owner came late to collect the key, but blame us for the late check out. deposit 300rm burned and some more need to pay 150rm. total 450rm. didn't even let us stay for 1 more night after they charge us 450rm for late check out which is because the person come late to collect the key, not because we r the one who late

We were ready to check out on time but the person who handling the unit inform us that he gonnabe late to collect the key. He came at 3pm . We waited patiently. But then when we ask for our 300rm deposit, he said its burn because late check out, he even asked us to pay 150rm additional charge for late checked out.we were arguing but he only laughing. So we gave the 150rm and our 300rm deposit also burn. We lost 450rm only because he is the one who came late to collect the key and blaming us of late check out. Will never book this unit. And going to spreading this case to our friends and families. Ps: also no towel provided, they only gave us 6towels on the second day we stayed after we asked first. And the house is clean and tidy once we check out.
