Dirty, towels were not clean enough, deposit was returned after 2 o'clock, there was no soap, towels were not suitable.

If I go on holiday to Bandung with my family, God willing, I will stay here again.

It's complicated, you have to deposit first, then pay VC first, you have to wait a long time, it's the strangest thing in my opinion, it's not simple.

Some reasons to review this accommodation, based on my experience: 1. Clean, fragrant rooms, from the bed, bathroom, balcony, etc. 2. Friendly, responsive, and very helpful admin. If you have any issues with the room, simply communicate with the admin and they'll address them immediately. Don't stay silent, as they won't be resolved. 3. Hassle-free check-in: just take a photo of your ID, send a deposit, and receive the key, and the deposit is returned the same day. 4. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

When checking in and out, the office staff were less than friendly. This should be taken into consideration for guest comfort.

For a break/staycation at this price, this is really good, close to everywhere, lots of food too! What I like is, the admin is very friendly, ask for what you requested and they gave it, thank you! I won't regret it, I swear🫶🏻

It is cheap. However: 1. No running water. My guest checked in at 9 PM with no running water. And the water is still not running in the morning. Not acceptable 2. Room was okay, not super clean but barely acceptable. Nothing special. 3. We are required to deposit another IDR 200k. When the room is already paid in full and no prior notification. I have to TRANSFER the money in the middle of the night. And HAVE to provide BCA account number otherwise it cannot be refunded. Again, unacceptable. Cheap, yes. But please be wary. Not recommended

We were very disappointed. It was a really unpleasant experience. The room smelled really bad. The smell of cigarettes, musty, I don't know what else. Even after the AC was turned on for a few hours, it still smelled. The cleanliness aspect was the worst. The drawers and cupboards, eating and cooking utensils, were all dirty and messy. There was even a lot of gecko poop in the dish drawer, eww. The bathroom was moldy. We didn't dare to take a shower here. The apartment was very neglected. The sheets on one of the beds were very shabby and smelly. Luckily the other 2 were clean so we still dared to sleep. The sofa was dirty and smelly. Only 1 AC remote could be used, the other one had no batteries 🤣 There were no basic amenities. There really was nothing at all. Soap, drinking water, towels, wifi. There was a stove (dirty) but no gas. There was a refrigerator but it smelled (like it hadn't been turned on for a long time). Got the price almost 700 thousand after tax, not worth it at all. Finding parking was also difficult. Won't be back never ever.

The room is nice, try changing the admin, very slow response, the telephone number listed cannot be contacted, even though I was in a hurry to check in because I brought my child and it was raining.

Inadequate facilities. Dirty cooking utensils and plates. Stove won't turn on. No dispenser. Staff is not friendly, no wifi. Bathroom and living room are not clean. No amenities. I don't think I want to come here again.

not bad for a temporary stay, the room is quite clean, hot water works well, no WiFi, only 1 towel, no toiletries (better bring your own), yesterday I requested the top floor but got the 1st floor, oh well, maybe it's because it's high season too.. no offense
