The two rooms lack ventilation, making them a bit stuffy at night due to the small fan. The shower in the room with the bathtub has a very slow flow and the temperature can't be adjusted. Overall, it's okay. Perhaps a door could be installed on the toilet near the pool so it can be used, and the fish pond could also be cleaned to make it look more aesthetically pleasing.

The villa is exactly as pictured. It has three large rooms. The pool is large and it's close to tourist attractions. If I ever visit Batu again, I'll definitely stay there again.

I've stayed here twice. The walls have been renovated, and thankfully, they're neater. I'd like to add more sugar and salt to the kitchen for cooking. I'd also like to replace and add more microphones. The last time I was there, the hot water didn't work, and I waited for someone to come. Otherwise, it's fine.

The villa is very comfortable, spacious, has 3 bedrooms, lots of extra beds, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, super complete cooking equipment, the owner is friendly, and the view at night on the 2nd floor is really good. Definitely recommended.

very nice staff, clean swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, lots of flies maybe because it's near the farm, lots of things that need to be upgraded are the sofa, the bathroom part of the stairs has a different floor color, it looks dirty because it's old, the TV remote is almost broken. but the owner is nice and all the staff are nice.. I like that there are empty trash cans, there are new plastic bags and 3 trash buckets.. so it's neat.

The owner is friendly, complete cooking utensils, washing machine and iron are provided, the garage can fit 2 cars, there is a private pool, a barbecue area complete with equipment, access to Batu tourist attractions is close to everything, it is very satisfying to stay here

Tempatnya bersih, alat dapur lengkap, kamar juga bersih, pelayanan baik, orangnya juga baik. Sayang untuk kamar mandi yang dalam kamar keluarnya air panas semua dan keluarnya juga pelan air airnya, untuk kolam renang kayaknya perlu dikuras juga, karena airnya udah kelihatan sedikit keruh/tidak jernih. Dan kaporit jangan terlalu banyak pedih dimata, mic karaokenya minta diperbaruhi semua, karena banyak yang gak bisa dipakai

Kamar tidur 3 (bersih dan luas) dapat 3 extra bed lagi, jadi bisa buat sampai 12 orang. 3. Dapur-nya bersih dan peralatan masak-nya lengkap, juga gelas, piring, sendok dan lain-lain. 4. Kolam renang-nya bersih. 5. Kamar mandi-nya 2 dan toilet-nya 3. Kamar mandi-nya ada yang ada bathtub-nya. 6. Pemanas airnya berfungsi semua. 7. Karoke-nya berfungsi baik. 8. Teras belakang-nya bisa buat barbeque, dan sudah disiapkan peralatan-nya. 9. Disiapkan spare lpg 3 tabung. 10. Disiapkan spare 1 galon. 11. Bahkan toilet training buat anak kecil BAB saja ada, sama bak mandi anak kecil. 12. Wi-Fi-nya kencang. Lokasi. Dekat dengan BNS dan Jatim Park (dekat ini bukan berarti jalan kaki ya, sekitar 2 kiloan lah dari villa) Tenang dan tidak berisik. Intinya kalau mau ke sini dan barbeque-an, bawa saja bahan makanan-nya, tidak usah bawa peralatan barbeque, magic com saja juga ada dan berfungsi baik. Minus-nya. Mungkin karena dekat dengan kandang kambing, jadi terkadang bau-nya sering tercium di area luar villa, tapi kalau saya tidak masalah, malah berkesan seperti rumah di pedesaan.
