My husband and I had a wonderful holiday, including our 5th wedding anniversary. The room was clean and neat, except for the iron not provided in the room. The staff was okay, especially we got a king room at a 5-star hotel for 370k, excellent 100 points. Thanks travel and Muong Thanh hotel ❤️

Because the app sent incomplete room booking information, at 9:00 p.m. on July 5, 2024, I complained again before being able to change to a room with 3 beds for 3 adults. Because I booked a room and paid for 3 adults, but Muong Thanh gave me a room with only 1 double bed because she said she received information from Traveloka that the room had 1 king bed. The third person didn't have a place to sleep but Muong Thanh didn't resolve it, which made me very upset and wanted to change hotels. After I gave the information to the manager, it was decided to change to a triple room for 3 people at 21:00.
