The staff was friendly but was completely untrained and unprepared. The room did not match the photos. The bathroom was filthy and had no sink. The air conditioner was leaking. The TV had no remote, and no towels were provided. Only one towel was given after requesting, which is not enough for 2 adults. This is the second time booking a RedDoorz branded hotel and the second time I’ve been tricked.

Everything is fine, only the TV is not working.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the service is helpful every time you want to check in or check out.

For that price, what do you expect from the facilities? It's worth it for me, just think of it like a boarding house. The AC has a remote, the TV has a remote, the only downside is that the bathroom is not well maintained and clean, if you want to go to the shop, just go to the front street, there are also lots of food upstairs, close to everywhere, the location is strategic.

The room had no AC remote, even though the AC wasn't cold, I asked for one but it wasn't there. The TV was useless, just swarmed with ants. The bathroom was dirty, there was no soap or toiletries. The environment was bad, there were fights in the middle of the night from 1-3 am, which was really noisy, disturbing my sleep. The room was also dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. There were no chairs, everything was empty. The corridor was also dark, like an abandoned boarding house.
