Some lights are not working properly, TV channels are not clear

The food is really delicious, the hotel location is also close to Rumah Mode and PVJ (Paris Van Java) mall.

Breakfast and dinner tasted delicious and satisfying. However, the soundproofing was very lacking because the windows could not be locked so that street noise could be heard.

The new room I booked... was a bit cramped, the room service for ordering food was lacking (they asked for cash and on the pretext of returning to get it downstairs, so they just went back to get it). I think that for that price, the breakfast food should have more variety... not just rice, chicken porridge, pecel, bread with jam, even the fruit was only papaya... the variety of the breakfast menu should be increased.

The staff is friendly, but I ordered a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the walls of the room were dirty.

However, the last time I chose to stay here was for a business trip. I chose a large bed, but it turned out that I was given a twin bed. When we used the bed, the pillow smelled of someone else's sweat on it. Please improve the quality of room service.

I really didn't expect to get a room in the new building. It was really nice and still clean. I just asked for tissues, but they didn't come. I don't know if I forgot or what. But so far so good.

I stayed in a Deluxe Suite on the 5th floor. Overall, the room was quite spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the sound of vehicles outside was still quite audible due to the windows not being fully sealed. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room felt less than ideal, even though it was set to a low temperature. Perhaps the hotel could address this to improve guest comfort in the future.

The location is truly strategic and close to everything. It's also close to the mall, so if you need something, you can just walk without needing a car.

Close to everywhere. The parking lot is always full at night. The service is good. The room size is adequate. Everything is quite good. It's worth the price.
