The room was comfortable, but the desk and toilet seemed neglected. There was a lot of dust, the facial tissues weren't refilled, the toilet paper wasn't refilled, and even the soap and shampoo weren't refilled. The bed, however, was very comfortable and well-maintained.

The lighting in the hallway leading to the bedroom is a bit dim. The wallpaper on the bedroom walls is peeling. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The hotel staff is very friendly in serving guests... the location is also strategic, close to everywhere.. just to improve the room's tightness, at night it's still disturbed by the sound of going up and down the stairs and children crying, running around

The toilet is a bit smelly and there is noise from the next room.

I swear, this hotel is highly recommended, especially for a staycation. I stayed in the Viora type, it was absolutely great. The room was modern, aesthetic, with glass everywhere. It had a smart TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The toilet was clean, the shower didn't leak, and the body wash and shampoo smelled really good. The breakfast was also okay, with rice, salad, bread, and porridge. Dessert was pudding. Overall, it's a plus for this price. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

My stay at Vio Hotel Pasteur was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic, close to the Pasteur toll gate, making travel easy. Perfect for both staycations and business trips. I would definitely stay here again!

In my opinion, the room felt shabby, dark, and poorly lit. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, and the sink was clogged. It made for a less than perfect rest.

I booked a room with a queen bed and two single beds. The room was spacious and suitable for bringing children. The toilet curtain was in need of updating. The hotel is very close to the Pasteur toll gate. If you need a quiet sleep, you might be a little disturbed by the sounds of the city streets, but it's not too loud.
