The hotel staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, one thing that made me uncomfortable was the leaking AC in my room, dripping water not only in one room but also in other rooms. I would like to request that the hotel fix this. Thank you.

My first time staying here, entering the lobby, there was no fragrance like other hotels, and even entering the hallway was just as ordinary.
When I entered the room, it was the same, there was no fragrance like other hotel rooms. When I entered the bathroom, the towels smelled of the sun, like clothes that had been out in the sun for too long, and there was no fragrance.
The AC was cold, the bed was fine, but it was a bit dry when the blanket was opened. There was just a chiller missing for keeping drinks cool. Next time, maybe they could add more fragrance to the room so it would be nice to smell, and maybe the towels could be washed with perfume.

Overall, the place is clean and comfortable, the only downside is that the AC is not cold enough even though the room temperature has been lowered, and then, what is the point of having a fan? In a room that I think is small and short, it actually makes it feel even narrower and makes you dizzy😅
