The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. However, the rooms were noisy around family groups.

I only won on Jalan Braga. The hotel was old, creepy, and dirty. At night, I could see people messing around in every room.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes from night to morning. We complained about it the night before, but the smell was still there in the morning. The carpet was also unclean, and it's not recommended for those with small children.

The hotel is really great, right in front of Braga.

My customers are satisfied staying here, only suggestion is that the food should be more complete.

The shower bath was not good. The filter for the shower bath created a flood due to old showers.
