The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and not stuffy.

One of my regular hotels when I'm on assignment in Bali. You can check it out; I've probably stayed at Hotel Rhadana Kuta dozens of times.

At 12 noon, the electricity was immediately turned off. We also understood that check-out time was 12:00 noon. We only wanted to pray Dhuhur at 12:07, and then we immediately left. However, that's what we experienced. The small blue pillows on the bed seemed to have never been replaced, so they were full of holiday marks or dirty.

Living room feels hot... Room is not clean

I stayed for 2 nights but the hot water wasn’t working. Hotel Front office staff were helpful when we asked if there was motorbike rental. We met two securities, the one was helpful and talkative, but not the other one. The pool was nice and quiet. Would gladly stay here next time

Overall, it's okay, just for an escape. The food is halal, but there's not much variety.

If the room is clean it's OK, it's just that the mattress is noisy when used.

For you moslem travellers, their restaurant (and of course all of their foods and beverages) is halal certified. Their hygiene and sanitation for the resto also certified by the authorities. Their pool was great, the room as well. They also have books/novels in their public space, you can read it if you want. Our room was next to the elevator, yet we didn't hear any noise from it. The location is also strategic. You can find IKEA on foot, around 10 minutes walk. Falala Chocolates & Pia Eiji just 15 minutes from hotel. And, Pie Susu Dhian right across the hotel. Frankly speaking, it's a lot easier to explore surrounding area on foot than by any transportation, since the road looks like always crowded. Anyway, we had so much fun stayed there....

As a Muslim, I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. The food is halal and delicious. The rooms are very clean. The staff are also friendly. The location is very strategic. Recommended. 👍
