The hotel staff is nice and friendly. Access to the hotel from the parking lot to the hotel is not well maintained. There are noisy sounds from above (like rats). The breakfast taste is not very good. Wi-Fi is good, smart TV is good. Just improve the cleanliness, especially the access from the parking lot to the hotel and the taste of the buffet food at breakfast. The rest is good.

The location is okay, but the hotel itself is in a closed building/mall. The surrounding area is unkempt, with people everywhere, making it feel creepy. The hotel interior is quite old, but the staff is friendly, and the rooms are okay for the price.

This is the first time we've been made uncomfortable at Fave. We booked a room with an infant, but we got the remaining room on the smoking floor. Although the staff said the room had been treated, cigarette smoke from outside still seeped into the room through the gaps in the door.
Unfortunately, we were only informed that the remaining room was smoking after we checked in. It would have been better to confirm with the customer service beforehand so they could have found an alternative, as customers sometimes check in late at night. 🙏🏻
